  3. Senior Association: Tai Chi for Arthritis (NEW CLASS)

    The class will r un for 8 weeks with a total of 16 classes and taught by Certified Tai Chi for Health Trainer, Al Fleming. Tai Chi originated in ancient China. It consists of a series of slow, fluid, gentle movements. Breathing is slow, relaxed and deep to aid concentration. Tai Chi can be done almost anywhere and is suitable for almost everyone. It is an effective exercise to improve health and wellbeing. It exercises the entire body, all joints, muscles, internal organs and strengthens the mind. Tai Chi enhances the life energy, relieves stress and brings harmony to yourself and others. Remember, you don’t have to have arthritis to participate in the class.
