PUBLIC FORUM  

Motion by Nordstedt/ 2^nd by Gilson to waive the distance requirement for a cereal malt beverage license for the Chamber of Commerce on September 22 and 23, 2006 between the hours of 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM at a downtown location to be determined in conjunction with the Fall Festival.  Aye:  Black, Gilson, Houston, Nordstedt, Roberts.  No:  none.  Absent:  Blumanhourst.  Motion carried.
