1. When is court for Valley Center?

Valley Center Municipal Court has court on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month (except for November and December which is only the second Wednesday of that month). 

Court Dockets are as follows: 

6:00p.m.- Traffic 

7:00p.m.- Misdemeanors, etc.  

8:30a.m.- Trials (2nd Wednesday of the month only) 

Please use the front parking lot and entrance to the building.

2. Is there a dress code during court?

Yes. No shorts, tank tops, hats, or any other inappropriate clothing should be worn.

3. What forms of payment are accepted?

Visa, MasterCard, Cash, Check or Money Order.

4. My child (under 18 years of age) received a citation with a court date. Does a parent or guardian need to appear with them on that court date?

Yes. Our court requires that a parent or guardian appear with the juvenile.
