8. When does Kansas Department of Wildlife & Parks (KDWP) stock McLaughlin Pond?

9. Do I need a city permit to fish in McLaughlin Pond?

No, but KDWP does have regulations pertaining to fishing licenses must be followed. They are available at Bartel's Hardware Store or through KDWP's web site below. Link to KDWP

10. Where is the City's Cemetery?

The Valley Center Municipal Cemetery is located at 9638 N. Meridian. (Located on the East side of Meridian, about one-third of a mile north of 93rd Street.)

11. Can I reserve a picnic pavilion?

Picnic pavilions are available on a first come first serve basis.
