SNOW EMERGENCY DECLARED
The City of Valley Center has declared a traffic emergency due to the hazardous conditions of the streets. While in effect, no person shall park or allow too remain, any parked vehicle on any portion of a designated snow emergency route. The operator of any vehicle shall have the duty to immediately remove any stalled vehicle on designated snow emergency routes. The city will have the right to remove or impound vehicles parked or stalled found to be in violation. This declaration shall become effective at 4:30PM on February 20, 2013 and continue until 7:00PM on February 21, 2013.
Tomorrow morning (2/21/13), all non-essential city offices will open at 10am, non-essential city employees should not report until such time
