Case #BZA-V-2010-001: William (Bill) C. Paulson Jr. of 1330 S. Meridian requests a varaince of 7-feet from the required 10-foot sideyard setback limitation for the purpose of building an addition to a detached storage building on propoerty zoned as RR-1 Suburban Residential District. On the consent agenda will be Dingman Addition Planned Unit Development, Valley Center Recreation Commission Planned Unit Development and Hampel Second Addition General Planned Unit Development. Under new business will be to consider a contract with PEC for sidewalk master plan and the 2011 budget.
