failed. Motion by Nordstedt/ 2nd
by LJackson to approve annexation ordinance on 1st reading. Aye:

KJackson. Motion carried.
B. Sunflower Gardens – Transfer of Ownership
Request p13 Motion
by Black/ 2nd by Maschino to adopt Resolution 522. All aye:
motion carried.
C. Mennonite Housing – Defeasance Proposal p22 Motion by LJackson/ 2nd
by Townsley to direct Staff to prepare documents necessary. All aye:
motion carried.
Motion by Nordstedt/ 2nd by Townsley to
approve park use request provided insurance is acceptable. All aye:
motion carried.

Swimming Pool p25 Motion by Cicirello/ 2nd by Maschino to reject the
recommendation of the Pool committee for design Version #7. All aye:
motion carried. Motion by
LJackson/ 2nd by Townsley to contact Burbach to see if wish to
continue development with a $3million cap.
Motion by amend by Nordstedt/ 2nd by LJackson to stipulate a
2 week response to continuation. All
aye: amendment carried. All aye:

C.
City-wide Sales Tax p27 Motion by Cicirello/ 2nd by Black to direct Staff to bring
ordinance for including a 1 cent citywide sales tax question on August 7th
ballot. All aye: motion carried.
