A.      Minutes of the February 6^th Meeting  p2  Motion by Nordstedt/ 2^nd by Roberts to approve the minutes as presented.  All aye:  motion carried.

B.     Appropriation Ordinance  p2  Motion by Black/ 2^nd by Yarnell to approve the appropriation ordinance as presented.  All aye:  motion carried.

C.     Bids – Prairie Lakes Phase 2 Street & Incidental Drainage  p3  Motion by Roberts/ 2^nd by Houston to accept the bid from Cornejo & Sons.  All aye:  motion carried.

D.     Request to Dispose of Surplus/Unservicable Property  p5  Motion by Roberts/ 2^nd by Yarnell to authorize the disposal of property identified.  All aye:  motion carried.

A.      Motion by Houston/ 2^nd by Roberts to go into executive session for 30 minutes to discuss non-elected personnel, Police Chief, City Clerk and City Administrator to attend.  

Out of executive session, Houston reports no action taken.
